Restorative Slow Flow

 A healing practice that uses passive poses to target the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for "rest and restore".

Pre-Natal Yoga

A type of yoga designed for pregnant women that focuses on gentle stretches, strengthening, and mental centering. The poses are modified to be more comfortable, and props like towels, bolsters, and yoga blocks may be used for added comfort.

Energetic Slow Flow

A slower-paced form of vinyasa yoga, incorporating a combination of traditional yoga poses that flow from one to the next and are often held for longer durations during the fluid sequence.

Power Flow

Vinyasa

Utilizing poses rooted in Hatha Yoga, Power Flow is a fast-paced style of yoga that involves a sequence of poses that are guided by matching breath and movement. 

Intermediate/AdvancedFlow

Challenge yourself to evolve, strengthen and lengthen with more complex transitions and postures united within a creative vinyasa sequence.

Yin, Nidra and Meditation

Styles of meditation vary widely.  The theme or intention of the class is often dependent on the instructor. Yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga that involves holding poses for three to five minutes.  Yoga Nidra, often referred to Yoga Sleep, involves a restorative practice and a guided meditation.
