This gentle practice provides longer holds in deeply restorative shapes, providing time and space to manage breath, deepen and soften deep tissues and ease the nervous system. Yin-ish is a 60 min offering with shorter hold times and more fluidity between movements

Utilizing poses rooted in Hatha Yoga and aligned in Vinyasa sequencing, Power Flow is a heat-building style of yoga that involves a sequence of poses guided breath. Space is given to cultivate variations, incorporate modifications and layer in complexity to support a deeper breath/body connection and a more advanced physical practice.

This class is a gentle balance of effort and ease. The first half of class is vinyasa style, creating a moving meditation with the breath and building some heat in the body. The second half we start to cool the body down, releasing gently into relaxing stretches that comfort the body and mind. Leave this class feeling accomplished, rested, and grounded.
