Tuesday & Thursday Afternoons // 3:30p - 4:30p

Join us for a fun and imaginative 45-minute yoga class where kids explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness through games and creative play!

Designed to engage young minds and bodies, this class encourages movement, focus, and self-expression in a safe, playful environment.

In addition to traditional yoga practice, children will participate in activities like painting, tie-dye, coloring, yoga dance, and storytelling—helping them to build body awareness, strength, flexibility, and emotional regulation skills that they can carry with them into everyday life.

Through these activities, kids develop important tools for self-calming, increased focus, and a greater sense of confidence—all while having fun!

Let’s get creative and mindful together!
