Things you should know...

Forgot your mat? We've got you covered!

You can borrow one of ours!

Other props such as blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets are always available in-studio for free!

 

A water cooler is available in-studio so bring your reusable water-bottle!

Please keep all food items, non-H20 beverages and kombucha in the lobby. 

 We are phone-free in the practice room.  Cubbies are provided for phones and personal effects.  The front door will remain locked during practice times.

Check out our in-studio retail section for locally-crafted products, medicinal and edible plants, quality yoga gear, crystal jewelry, books and more!

Cancellations or reschedules can be made up to 4 hours before class. Changes within 4 hours will incur a $10 fee. 

 

In an effort to hold equal space for all students, practitioners will not be admitted after class begins.  If you are running late please email the studio to switch your class time and avoid loosing your credit.
